Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of professional experience in global affairs, intelligence, or investigations; OR 12+ years of professional experience in global affairs, intelligence, or investigations in lieu of a degree
• 6+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), geospatial tools (e.g., ArcGIS), and/or statistical software (e.g., R)
• 6+ years of experience investigating, mitigating, or dealing with illicit operators (e.g., fraud, abuse, cybersecurity, or other illicit activities)
• 3+ years owning and driving improvements in processes, technology, or other business areas to improve customer integrity or related capabilities

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and assess platform integrity and abuse risks
• Design and develop solutions to priority risks. Own their deployment and effectiveness with stakeholders
• Represent the team in cross-functional groups and expert areas
• Establish yourself as an expert in 2+ investigative techniques or abuse prevention strategies
• Reactively investigate issues such as scams, fraud, illicit goods and activities
• Conduct periodic reviews to support legal and compliance obligations
• Execute with consideration for customer privacy and avoid overreach
