Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in global affairs, intelligence, or investigations; OR 12+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• 6+ years with data querying languages (SQL), scripting (Python), geospatial tools (ArcGIS), or statistical software (R).
• 6+ years investigating illicit operators (fraud, abuse, cybersecurity, etc.).
• 3+ years owning and driving improvements in processes/technology to improve customer integrity.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and assess platform integrity and abuse risks.
• Design and develop solutions to priority risks and deploy them with stakeholders.
• Represent the team in cross-functional groups and areas of expertise.
• Establish yourself as an expert in investigative techniques and abuse prevention strategies.
• Reactively investigate issues such as scams, fraud, and illicit activities.
• Conduct periodic reviews to support legal/compliance obligations.
• Balance customer privacy with enforcement actions and proportionality.
