Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in global affairs, intelligence, or investigations; OR 8+ years without a degree.
• 6+ years with SQL, Python, ArcGIS, or R.
• 6+ years investigating illicit operators (fraud, abuse, cybersecurity).
• 3+ years owning and driving improvements in processes or technology.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess platform integrity and abuse risks.
• Design and deploy solutions for priority risks with stakeholders.
• Represent the team in cross-functional groups and expert areas.
• Establish expertise in 2+ investigative techniques or tools.
• Investigate scams, fraud, illicit goods, and related activities.
• Support legal and compliance obligations with periodic reviews.
• Balance customer privacy with enforcement actions.
