Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Platform Integrity Manager (STARLINK) to detect, disrupt, and investigate misuse while safeguarding customer privacy. You will lead proactive risk assessments, design deployment-ready solutions, and collaborate with multiple teams to enforce compliant, scalable platforms.

The role requires global investigations experience, strong data analytics, and ability to work in a fast-paced high-tech environment. Onsite Bastrop, TX; travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in global affairs, intelligence, or investigations and 6+ years of related experience; OR 12+ years in lieu of a degree.
• 6+ years experience with SQL, Python, ArcGIS, or R.
• 6+ years investigating illicit operators (fraud, abuse, cybersecurity, etc.).
• 3+ years owning and driving improvements in processes or technology to improve customer integrity.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and assess platform integrity and abuse risks.
• Design and deploy solutions to priority risks with stakeholders.
• Represent the team in cross-functional groups and areas of expertise.
• Establish expertise in 2+ investigative techniques or abuse prevention strategies.
• Investigate scams, fraud, and illicit activities when they arise.
• Conduct periodic reviews to support legal and compliance obligations.
• Balance customer privacy with enforcement to minimize harm.
