Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Customer Integrity & Threat Detection Manager (Starlink) in Redmond, WA to proactively identify and mitigate platform abuse while protecting customer privacy. You will design solutions, lead cross-functional efforts, and establish expertise in investigative techniques to deter illicit activities.

The role requires strong data, analytics, and communication skills, with on-site presence in Redmond and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in global affairs, intelligence, or investigations; OR 8+ years in lieu of a degree.
6+ years of SQL, Python, ArcGIS, or R experience.
6+ years investigating illicit operators (fraud, abuse, cybersecurity, etc).
3+ years owning and driving process/tech improvements to improve integrity.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and assess platform integrity and abuse risks.
Design and deploy solutions to priority risks with stakeholders.
Represent the team in cross-functional groups and expert areas.
Establish as an expert in relevant investigative techniques and abuse prevention strategies.
Reactively investigate issues such as scams, fraud, illicit goods, and activities.
Support legal and compliance obligations through periodic reviews.
Balance customer privacy with enforcement actions.
