Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 12+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 6+ years of experience with SQL, Python, ArcGIS or R.
• 6+ years investigating illicit operators (fraud, abuse, cybersecurity, etc).
• 3+ years owning and driving improvements in processes or technologies for customer integrity.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and assess platform integrity and abuse risks.
• Design and deploy solutions to priority risks and measure effectiveness with stakeholders.
• Represent the team in cross-functional groups and areas of expertise.
• Establish expertise in 2+ investigative techniques, technologies or abuse prevention strategies.
• Reactively investigate scams, fraud, and illicit activities.
• Conduct periodic reviews to support legal and compliance obligations.
• Balance customer privacy with enforcement actions while avoiding overreach.
