Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Platform Manager for Enterprise Governance to act as the technical owner and governance leader across Corporate Functions technology platforms. You will establish standards, processes, and controls to ensure scalable, compliant, and maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture principles.

You will partner with Architecture, Security, Compliance, Data & Analytics, and external partners to drive governance maturity and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of enterprise technology experience.
• 4+ years designing enterprise-scale solutions.
• 4+ years architecture review and governance experience.
• 2+ years SDLC and Agile delivery experience.
• 2+ years cloud and SaaS platform experience.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and continuously improve enterprise governance capabilities across Corporate Functions technology platforms.
• Lead governance standards, policies, and control frameworks.
• Facilitate architecture reviews and governance forums for initiatives and platform investments.
• Own governance across platforms including Workday, Appian, Data & Analytics, Integration, AI.
• Define governance requirements across the solution lifecycle from ideation to operation.
• Establish governance metrics and reporting to measure health, compliance, and adoption.
• Partner with Compliance, Security, and Quality teams to ensure audit readiness.
• Engage stakeholders across Corporate Functions to align on technology decisions.
