Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Platform Manager for Enterprise Governance to own governance across Corporate Functions technology platforms, defining standards and controls for scalable, compliant solutions.

You will partner with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture, Security, Compliance, Data & Analytics, integration teams, product owners, solution architects, and external partners to drive governance maturity and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required for this role.
• 8+ years of enterprise technology experience is needed for a qualified candidate.
• 4+ years of experience designing enterprise-scale solutions
• 4+ years of experience with architecture review and governance processes
• 2+ years of experience with SDLC and Agile delivery models
• 2+ years of experience with cloud and SaaS platforms

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and improve enterprise governance capabilities across Corporate Functions technology platforms.
• Establish standards, processes, and controls to ensure scalable, compliant, maintainable solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive governance maturity, architectural consistency, technical quality, and operational excellence.
• Develop governance frameworks, facilitate architecture and design reviews, manage governance processes and tooling.
• Drive technology standards adoption, support regulatory and audit readiness, and enable effective decision-making across strategic initiatives.
• Lead governance across platforms including Workday, Appian, Data & Analytics, Integration, AI, and emerging tech.
