Job summary
Stryker Group is seeking a Platform Manager for Enterprise Governance to lead governance across Corporate Functions technology platforms, partner with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Compliance, and Delivery teams, and drive maturity, guardrails, and policy adherence.
You will own governance processes for platforms like Workday, Appian, Data & Analytics, and AI, define metrics, support audit readiness, and enable informed decision-making for strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required for this role.
- 8+ years of enterprise technology experience.
- 4+ years designing enterprise-scale solutions.
- 4+ years of experience with architecture review and governance processes.
- 2+ years of experience with SDLC and Agile delivery models.
- 2+ years of experience with cloud and SaaS platforms.
Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and improve enterprise governance standards, policies, and control frameworks.
- Lead architecture governance and solution reviews ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Own governance across platforms including Workday, Appian, Data & Analytics, Integration, AI.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive governance maturity, risk management, and audit readiness.
