Stryker in Flower Mound, TX, is seeking a Platform Manager for Enterprise Governance to lead governance across Corporate Functions technology platforms, define standards, and ensure scalable, compliant solutions.

You will partner with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Compliance, Data & Analytics, and external partners to drive governance maturity, architecture reviews, and platform health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of enterprise technology experience.
• 4+ years designing enterprise-scale solutions.
• 4+ years of architecture review and governance processes.
• 2+ years of SDLC and Agile delivery models.
• 2+ years of cloud and SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise governance standards and controls.
• Facilitate architecture reviews and governance forums.
• Own governance across platforms including Workday, Appian, and Data & Analytics.
• Support regulatory and audit readiness and risk remediation.
• Partner with stakeholders to align governance and platform strategy.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure governance compliance.
