Job summary
Stryker is seeking an Platform Manager for Enterprise Governance to define and improve governance across Corporate Functions technology platforms. You will partner with Architecture, Security, Compliance, and Delivery teams to drive governance maturity and ensure architectural consistency.
The role focuses on governance standards, lifecycle management, risk and audit readiness, and cross-functional collaboration to enable strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- 8+ years of enterprise technology experience.
- 4+ years of experience designing enterprise-scale solutions.
- 4+ years of experience with architecture review and governance processes.
- 2+ years of experience with SDLC and Agile delivery models.
- 2+ years of experience with cloud and SaaS platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and continuous improvement of governance standards, policies, and control frameworks.
- Facilitate architecture reviews and governance forums for initiatives and platform investments.
- Own governance processes across enterprise platforms and the solution lifecycle.
- Establish governance metrics, reporting, and performance indicators for platform health and compliance.
- Support regulatory and audit readiness and risk management activities.
- Engage with stakeholders to align governance practices with enterprise architecture and security.
