Job summary

Stryker Corporation seeks a Platform Manager for Enterprise Governance to own governance across corporate tech platforms and drive standards and compliance. You will partner with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Compliance, and Delivery teams to enhance governance maturity, facilitate design reviews, and ensure scalable, high-quality technology solutions across the portfolio.

Remote work flexibility is available; travel may be required up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required for this role.
8+ years of enterprise technology experience.
4+ years designing enterprise-scale solutions.
4+ years of architecture review and governance processes.
2+ years of SDLC and Agile delivery models.
2+ years of cloud and SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

Define, implement, and continuously improve enterprise governance across Corporate Functions platforms.
Establish standards, processes, and controls for scalable, compliant tech delivery.
Partner with stakeholders and EA, Security, Compliance, Data & Analytics, and partners.
Own governance across platforms including Workday, Appian, Data & Analytics, AI.
Define governance requirements through the solution lifecycle, from ideation to operations.
Facilitate architecture reviews and manage governance tooling and processes.
Drive compliance, audit readiness, and governance metrics to measure health.
