Stryker is seeking a Platform Manager for Enterprise Governance to own and advance governance across Corporate Functions tech platforms. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of enterprise technology experience.
• 4+ years designing enterprise-scale solutions.
• 4+ years with architecture review and governance processes.
• 2+ years of SDLC and Agile delivery.
• 2+ years of cloud and SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of governance standards, policies, procedures, and control frameworks.
• Define governance operating models for scalable technology delivery with compliance and architectural consistency.
• Facilitate architecture reviews and governance forums for initiatives, integrations, and platform investments.
• Own governance processes across enterprise platforms including Workday, Appian, Data & Analytics, Integration, AI, and emerging technologies.
• Support regulatory and audit readiness and drive risk identification, assessment, and remediation planning.
