Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Platform Manager for Enterprise Governance to define and drive governance standards across Corporate Functions technology platforms. You will partner with EA, Security, Compliance, Data & Analytics, and external partners to ensure scalable, compliant, and high-quality technology solutions.

You will own governance processes, lead architecture reviews, and enable effective decision-making across strategic initiatives while maintaining regulatory readiness and platform health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 8+ years of enterprise technology experience.
• 4+ years designing enterprise-scale solutions.
• 4+ years with architecture review and governance processes.
• 2+ years SDLC and Agile delivery models.
• 2+ years cloud and SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of governance standards, policies, and control frameworks.
• Facilitate architecture review processes and governance forums for initiatives and platform investments.
• Own governance across enterprise platforms and lifecycle from ideation to operation.
• Support regulatory, security, privacy, and audit readiness activities.
• Partner with stakeholder teams to align governance decisions with platform strategies.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure governance compliance.
