Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- 5+ years in engineering leadership roles.
- Experience leading matrixed teams with strategic alignment to business objectives.
- Experience delivering enterprise SaaS and cloud-native applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple engineering teams through coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
- Define and execute engineering strategy, roadmaps, and modernization initiatives.
- Partner with Product, Architecture, Security, and Operations to deliver scalable software solutions.
- Establish architectural standards, governance, and quality metrics.
- Drive cloud adoption, systems integration, and platform evolution.
- Oversee production readiness, incident management, and disaster recovery planning.
- Promote Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, IaC, observability, and reliability engineering.
