Job summary

Vizient, Inc. seeks a Vice President of Engineering to lead the engineering organization for enterprise platforms powering our healthcare technology products.

You will shape strategy, invest in platform capabilities, and drive modern engineering practices across Architecture, Technology Delivery, Security, and Product teams. You will recruit and develop leaders, build scalable capacity, and partner with stakeholders to deliver secure, high-quality software with measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related.
• 15+ years in software engineering with executive leadership experience.
• Proven track record building and scaling enterprise platform teams.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a large engineering organization with accountability and collaboration.
• Define engineering strategy, investments, and roadmaps across platforms.
