Job summary

Vizient, Inc. seeks a visionary Vice President, Engineering to steer enterprise platforms powering next-gen healthcare technology products.

You will lead a large, multi-disciplinary engineering org, partnering with Architecture, Security, and Product teams to deliver secure, scalable cloud-native platforms for product teams across the enterprise. You will shape engineering strategy, manage platform investments, and build a culture of technical excellence while attracting top talent and balancing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline; Master's preferred.
15+ years of progressive software engineering experience, including executive leadership of large, multi-level engineering organizations.
Proven experience leading engineering leaders and scaling enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead a large engineering organization and drive accountability, innovation, and performance.
Define engineering strategy and invest in platform capabilities for secure, scalable solutions.
Foster DevSecOps practices, automation, observability, and AI-enabled software engineering.
