Qualifications

15+ years of progressive software engineering experience at executive level.
Proven experience leading large multi-level engineering organizations.
Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures with Azure.
Experience implementing DevSecOps, CI/CD, observability, and SRE practices.
Hands-on leader capable of building POCs and contributing to design sessions.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing engineering organization with accountability and continuous improvement.
Define and execute the engineering strategy for enterprise platform capabilities, enabling secure, scalable cloud-native solutions.
Partner with Platform Product Management to align roadmaps and investment priorities.
Establish modern engineering practices including DevSecOps, automation, observability, and SRE.
