Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant engineering leadership experience.
• Proven success leading engineering teams in a matrixed environment.
• Experience aligning technical strategy and delivery with organizational goals.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery practices and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience establishing engineering standards, governance, and best practices.
• Background in infrastructure, platform engineering, or shared services preferred.
• Experience designing and deploying large-scale data applications preferred.
• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare preferred.

• Lead and develop engineering teams through coaching, mentorship, and performance discussions.
• Drive performance management, career development, and succession planning.
• Recruit, develop, and retain engineering talent to support objectives.
• Assess organizational health and guide team design to align with priorities.
• Partner with Product Management and Architecture to align roadmaps with enterprise strategy.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards and scalable delivery processes.
• Lead technical risk assessment and resolution of complex challenges.
• Oversee cross-team coordination, resource planning, and delivery for complex initiatives.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and executives.
• Champion cross-domain collaboration and process improvement.
