Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.

• Experience leading engineering orgs in SaaS/cloud-native environments.
• Experience delivering enterprise SaaS and cloud-native apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams through coaching, performance management, and career development.
• Define and execute engineering strategy, roadmaps, and modernization initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, Security, Operations and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure software solutions.
• Establish engineering standards, patterns, and governance for quality and reliability.
• Provide executive oversight for partner-delivered and vendor-supported initiatives.
