Vizient seeks a visionary Vice President of Engineering to lead the enterprise platforms powering next-gen healthcare technology products. Qualifications
- 15+ years of software engineering experience with executive leadership of large, multi-level teams.
- Proven experience leading Directors, Engineering Managers and senior tech leaders.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and modern software practices with Azure experience.
- Experience delivering enterprise platform products and scale for enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing engineering organization with accountability and continuous improvement.
- Define engineering strategy and roadmaps; partner with product, security, and architecture teams.
- Drive DevSecOps, quality engineering, automation, and observability across teams.
- Foster culture of learning, technical excellence, and innovation while evaluating emerging technologies.
