Zusammenfassung

Jobgether seeks an experienced engineering leader to build and lead a Platform Continuity function in a large-scale cloud environment across the United States, Ireland, and Spain. You will oversee a distributed team of senior and staff SREs, focusing on stability, automation, and scalable operational practices.

You will partner with Cloud Platform Infrastructure, Services, and Engineering leadership to reduce KTLO, optimize costs, and elevate reliability of healthcare technology infrastructure

Qualifikationen

5+ years of engineering management experience leading distributed/international teams.
Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure operations and SRE leadership.
Hands-on experience with IaC (Terraform) and Kubernetes in multi-cloud.
Experience with datadog observability, monitoring, and alerting governance.

Aufgaben

Lead and develop a distributed team of senior and staff SREs across multiple regions.
Own the Operational Intake & Acceptance process with documented runbooks and knowledge transfer.
Drive automation and shift-left initiatives to reduce repetitive operational work.
Oversee IaC, monitoring, cost optimization, and platform support across cloud environments.
Establish playbooks, SLAs, and clear ownership boundaries to improve resilience and efficiency.
