Job summary

Qualifications
- 10+ years in software engineering, infrastructure, or SRE roles.
- Proven leadership of infra/SRE teams supporting SaaS or mission-critical systems.
- Deep knowledge of distributed systems, scalable hybrid cloud, and self-hosted environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead a global team of ~20 across SRE, Platform, and Backend Engineering.
- Define and execute infrastructure roadmap aligned with product growth and reliability goals.
- Champion SLOs, SLAs, and incident response with automated on-call processes.
- Oversee hybrid cloud and self-hosted architectures for high availability.
- Own observability stacks and drive IaC, CI/CD, deployment automation, and config management.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure platform integrity and audit-readiness.
