Koch in the United States is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders, product leadership, and engineering across our regulatory registry, identity verification, and messaging platforms. You will translate complex requirements into actionable solutions that drive product development and operational excellence.

You will partner with stakeholders, maintain traceability, and define reporting to support KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering and documenting requirements through specs and user stories.
• Ability to translate regulatory and contract requirements into testable solutions.
• Familiarity with data models, APIs, and system integrations.
• Proficient in documenting data flows and business rules for development teams.
• Experience in B2B or SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements, specs, process docs, and user stories for registry, identity, and messaging platforms.
• Translate customer, contractual, and regulatory needs into actionable solutions for engineering and QA.
• Maintain traceability from requirements to acceptance criteria and delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Management on discovery, roadmap planning, and solution definition.
• Capture business needs with customers and external stakeholders and validate solutions.
• Define reporting and analytics requirements to support KPIs and SLAs.
• Translate platform data insights into actionable recommendations for decisions.
