Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties related to scheduling, check-in, and check-out.
• Greet and assist patients, answer phones, and schedule appointments.
• Process patient billing forms and scan documents into medical records.
• Handle messages for prior authorizations, prescriptions, and test results.
