Mass General Brigham Medical Group Western Massachusetts, Inc. is seeking a Clinic/Practice Assistant to support daily operations in a high-volume Plastic Surgery practice.
You will be a welcoming point of contact for patients, providers, and colleagues, balancing administrative and basic clinical tasks. The role requires organization, professionalism, and a patient-first approach, with scheduled hours 8:30 a.m.

Primary Location: 22 Atwood Drive, Northampton, MA
Secondary Location: Flexibility to provide coverage at 170 University Drive, Amherst, MA, as needed.
Schedule: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
Performs both administrative and clinical functions to support smooth and efficient clinical service or practice operations under general supervision. Performs basic clerical work and tasks that are repetitive and routine. Administrative duties related to patient visits, including scheduling, check-in, and check-out duties. Actual job duties may vary by Department.

We're looking for an organized, service-focused professional who is comfortable working in a busy office and communicating with patients, providers, and colleagues. To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) certification is preferred but not required.
Two to three years of office experience in a professional, patient-focused, or similarly fast-paced setting is required.
