Responsibilities

• Execute plasmapheresis and venipuncture procedures according to SOPs.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and provide high-quality donor experience.
• Operate and troubleshoot plasmapheresis machines and respond to alarms.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Stay flexible with shifts, including day/evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
