Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a professional to perform plasmapheresis and venipuncture procedures in a high-standard, compliant environment. You will ensure donor safety, accuracy of procedures, and thorough documentation while delivering excellent donor experiences.

The role requires adherence to all state and federal regulations and SOPs, with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and efficient operation of plasmapheresis equipment. Training and ongoing performance support are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• At least 3 months of experience in a medical/healthcare setting preferred.
• Documentation of training completed before performing duties independently.

Responsibilities

• Execute plasmapheresis procedures and venipunctures.
• Ensure compliance with FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA and GMP.
• Maintain donor experience with high level of customer service.
• Operate plasmapheresis machines and respond to alarms.
• Keep accurate logs and documentation of procedures and maintenance.
