The role emphasizes accurate documentation, adherence to SOPs, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. You will manage donor identification, operate automated plasmapheresis equipment, monitor donor conditions, and respond to equipment alarms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 months in medical/healthcare setting preferred.
• Training completed before independent duties.

Responsibilities

• Execute venipunctures and plasmapheresis with safety and quality compliance.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and accurate donor identification per SOPs.
• Operate plasmapheresis machines and respond to alarms and events.
• Ensure clean, well-stocked work area and proper PPE usage.
• Maintain logs, QC checks, and routine maintenance records.
• Provide excellent donor service and positive donor experience.
• Assist with calibration and basic maintenance as needed.
