The role emphasizes adherence to FDA, OSHA, CLIA and GMP standards, along with providing excellent donor experiences in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or GED is required, with scheduling that includes day/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 months experience in a medical or health care environment.
• Completed training documentation prior to performing duties independently.

Responsibilities

• Execute venipunctures and plasma collection following SOPs.
• Operate plasmapheresis machines and respond to alarms and events.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and accurate records.
• Stock supplies and keep a clean, safe work area.
• Monitor donor safety, comfort, and plasma quality.
• Calibrate and maintain equipment as required.
• Document machine logs and report unsafe conditions.
