You will ensure compliance with FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, and GMP, while delivering exceptional donor service. A high school diploma or GED and prior healthcare exposure are required, with training

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3 months’ medical/healthcare experience preferred.
• Training completed before duties performed independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations (FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP).
• Maintain high donor service and positive experience.
• Stock and replenish supplies; keep a clean, professional environment.
• Verify donor ID and maintain confidentiality per SOPs.
• Set up equipment and supplies for venipuncture and plasmapheresis; label units.
