Job summary

CSL is seeking a detail‑oriented team member responsible for plasma sampling, storage, and shipping within a compliant center environment. You will handle labeling accuracy, sterility, and documentation while following rigorous SOPs and safety policies.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and at least a few months of laboratory or warehouse experience, with strong math skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Adheres to SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Maintains accuracy in labeling and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Collect plasma samples following SOPs and move plasma units to freezer.
• Store plasma units according to SOPs and handle unsuitable units as required.
• Verify pre-printed labels match dynamic label data for accurate unit identification.
• Use sterile technique and heat sealer to preserve sterility and quality of samples.
• Prepare shipping and unit disposal documentation as needed.
• Monitor freezer and refrigerator temperatures and report issues promptly.
• Calibrate equipment daily per SOPs.
• Record donor information accurately in the electronic system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow HSE/OSHA policies.
• May cross-train in other areas to meet business needs.
