Job summary

CSL is seeking a dedicated Plasma Technician in Charlotte to ensure accurate sampling, testing, shipping and storage of donor plasma. You will report to the Assistant Center Manager and work under SOPs to maintain product quality and donor confidentiality.

The role requires basic math skills, at least a high school diploma, and a minimum of three months’ experience in a lab or warehouse setting. Cross-training and overtime may be required to support center operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months experience in laboratory or warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Collect plasma samples and move plasma units to freezer to ensure product quality.
• Ensure plasma units are stored according to SOPs.
• Verify that pre-printed labels match dynamic labels for accuracy.
• Use sterile technique to draw samples and apply heat sealing to maintain sterility.
