Job summary

CSL is seeking a plasma processing technician in Manhattan, KS. The role focuses on accurate sampling, testing, shipping and storage of donor plasma, with duties including labeling verification, sterile drawing of samples and unit sealing to preserve quality.

You will monitor temperatures, document donor data in the management system and follow HSE/OSHA policies while maintaining a clean work area. Prior lab or warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months experience in laboratory or warehouse environment preferred.
• Basic math calculations required.

Responsibilities

• Collect plasma samples and move units to freezer to maintain quality.
• Store plasma units per SOPs and verify labeling accuracy.
• Record donor data in the electronic donor information management system.
• Monitor temperatures of freezers and refrigerators; report variances.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment following HSE and OSHA policies.
• May cross-train in other areas to meet business needs.
