Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a detail-oriented Plasma Processing Associate to collect plasma samples, label and store units, and prepare shipments in a fast-paced center environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining strict sterile technique, verifying labeling accuracy, and monitoring equipment temperatures to ensure donor and product safety. This role requires adherence to SOPs, HSE, OSHA policies, and a willingness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in laboratory or warehouse environment preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Will perform basic math calculations

Responsibilities

• Collect plasma samples in compliance with SOPs and move plasma units to the freezer to maintain product quality
• Ensure proper storage of plasma units according to SOPs and handle potentially unsuitable units
• Verify label accuracy by matching pre-printed and dynamic labels
• Use sterile technique for drawing samples and seal to maintain sterility and quality
• Prepare shipping and unit disposal documentation in accordance with SOPs
• Monitor temperatures of freezers and refrigerators and report variances promptly
