Job summary

CSL is seeking staff to accurately sample, test, ship and store plasma collected from donors at the North Charleston center. You will report to the Assistant Center Manager and ensure compliance with SOPs to maintain product quality.

The role requires experience in lab or warehouse settings, basic math skills, and the ability to follow safety procedures. Overtime may be required and bilingual skills could be needed depending on organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) months experience in laboratory or warehouse environment preferred.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Collect plasma samples and move plasma units to freezer per SOP.
• Store plasma units according to SOPs and handle unsuitable units.
• Verify labels match pre-printed and dynamic labels.
• Operate sterile techniques and heat seal to maintain sterility.
• Prepare shipping and unit disposal documentation as needed.
• Monitor temperatures and record variances; inform when equipment fails.
• Maintain a clean work environment and ensure sufficient supplies.
• Follow HSE and OSHA policies and maintain confidentiality.
