CSL is seeking a Plasma Center Associate to support sampling, testing, shipping, and storage of donor plasma at our Palm Bay facility. You will report to the Assistant Center Manager and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety policies.

Responsibilities include collecting plasma samples, labeling verification, sterile processing, and maintaining accurate donor data in our system. This role requires attention to detail and a readiness to work overtime in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in laboratory or warehouse environment preferred.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Collect plasma samples and move plasma units to freezer per SOPs.
• Store plasma units according to SOPs and handle unsuitable units.
• Verify pre-printed labels match dynamic labels for accurate unit labeling.
• Use sterile technique and heat sealer to ensure sterility.
• Prepare shipping and unit disposal documentation per SOPs.
• Monitor freezer/refrigerator temperatures and report variances.
• Calibrate equipment daily per SOPs.
• Record donor data in the electronic donor information management system.
• Follow HSE/OSHA policies and promote safety.
• Maintain confidentiality of donor and center information.
• May be cross-trained in other areas to meet needs.
• Bilingual skills may be required.
