Job summary

CSL in Weslaco, TX, seeks a dedicated Plasma Sample Technician responsible for accurate and timely sampling, testing, shipping and storage of donor plasma in a high‑volume center. You will follow SOPs, maintain proper labeling, operate heat sealers, monitor temperatures, and record donor information while upholding HSE/OSHA standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months experience in laboratory or warehouse environment.
• Able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Collect plasma samples and move plasma units to freezer to ensure product quality.
• Store plasma units according to SOPs and handle potentially unsuitable units.
• Verify labels against dynamic labels to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain equipment and monitor temperatures and record variances.
• Follow HSE/OSHA policies and maintain a clean, safe work area.
