Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomist to support center operations. You will screen donors, take vital signs, and document donor information while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand/walk for long shifts.
• willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens with glove use.
• 1+ year in a customer or patient-facing role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and maintain accurate records.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes per procedures.
