Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Tulsa, OK is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener who will perform phlebotomy and support center operations. You will greet donors, answer phones, and help ensure a safe, efficient donation experience.

Reporting to the Center Manager, you will use our Donor Information System, record donor data, track vital signs and coordinate donor compensation. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays required.
• Ability to lift up to 32 lbs occasionally.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens; 90% glove wear.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and coordinate compensation.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes per procedures.
• Support donors across various shifts including weekends and holidays.
