BioLife is hiring for a part-time plasma donor screener. You will greet donors, screen first-time and returning donors, and record donor vital signs. You will perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations and use the Donor Information System to manage donor charts and compensation.

The role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability, with paid training and a supportive team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the full shift.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays work schedule.
• Bending, stooping, crouching and reaching above/below shoulder level.
• Lifting up to 5 lbs, occasional 32 lbs, rarely 50 lbs.
• Fine motor skills, depth perception, and hearing equipment.
• Bloodborne pathogen precautions with glove wear.
• 1+ year in customer or patient-facing roles helpful.

Responsabilités

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use Donor Information System to chart and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities and suggest center improvements.
• Support donors across varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
