Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
• Must lift up to 32 lbs occasionally.
• Experience in a customer-facing role helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors as they enter and exit.
• Perform phlebotomy and venipuncture.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage reactions.
• Set up and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Record donor measurements and enter data into the DIS.
• Coordinate donors to donor floor and compensate donors via Debit Card.
