Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP seeks a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomy assistant. You will greet donors, perform screenings, collect vital signs, and support center operations with accurate charting and donor documentation.

Shifts are typically 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training and safety protocols are emphasized in a fast-paced, caring environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Ability to walk and stand for the full shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays work expectation.
• Able to bend, lean, crouch, and reach as needed.
• Lift up to 5 lbs and occasional heavier items up to 32 lbs, rarely 50 lbs.
• Fine motor coordination and hearing safety equipment from distance.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System and prepare donor charts.
• Maintain records and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support center operations.
