Job summary

BioLife is seeking a part-time Plasma Donor Screener/phlebotomy support. You will greet donors, screen and monitor vital signs, and document donor information while ensuring safety and accuracy. Shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with evenings, weekends, and holidays required. Daily pay is available.

You will work under the Plasma Center Manager and contribute to reliable operations and high-quality donor care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a patient/customer-facing role.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk throughout shift and lift up to 32 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation in the system.
• Support center processes and suggest operational improvements.
