Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Oklahoma City is seeking a donor screener/phlebotomist to support plasma center operations. You will greet donors, screen them, and record vital signs while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires lifting up to 32 lbs occasionally, working evenings and weekends, and using the Donor Information System to manage donor charts and compensation. Join a team focused on patient impact and safety.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Walk/stand for the full shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs and occasionally up to 32 lbs (rarely 50 lbs).
• Prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and answer phones while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements and initiate changes per approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
