Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the shift.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays work availability.
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Customer service and safety emphasis.
• Experience in customer/patient-facing role helpful.

Responsibilities

• Screen new and repeat donors; take donor vital signs.
• Perform phlebotomy to support center operations.
• Answer phones; greet donors; coordinate donor compensation.
• Maintain donor charts and records.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Work shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
