Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility and monitor donor conditions.
• Perform plasma collection and product processing while ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulations.
• Set up and operate automated plasmapheresis equipment; respond to alarms and complete procedures safely.
• Maintain donor center cleanliness, proper stocking, and safe disposal of biohazardous waste.
• Maintain accurate records and perform quality control on equipment per SOPs.
