Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a front-desk donor center assistant to greet donors, verify eligibility, and guide them through registration and screening steps. You will work under SOPs, perform basic health checks, and ensure donor data is accurately recorded in the center system.

The role may involve educating donors about the donation process and policies, while maintaining confidentiality and safety compliance. This is a center-based position with potential for cross-training as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greeting donors at the plasma collection center and conducting registration procedures to verify donor suitability for the plasma pheresis process.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process in compliance with SOPs, including self-administered health history, basic medical questions, and coordinating with medical staff as needed.
• Perform health screening procedures such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature; perform finger stick to obtain hematocrit and total protein levels.
