Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a donor center support role responsible for greeting donors and guiding them through the screening process to determine donor suitability for plasma pheresis. The role reports to the Assistant Center Manager and follows SOPs for all screening activities.

You will perform health screenings, record donor information, and ensure accurate data entry while maintaining confidentiality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and guide them through the screening process per SOPs.
• Record donor data accurately in the donor information system.
• Perform health screening tasks such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature.
• Administer finger sticks to obtain hematocrit and total protein levels.
• Assist in educating donors about center policies and nutrition.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow HSE/OSHA policies.
• Adhere to confidentiality of donor information.
• May cross-train in other center operations as needed.
