Job summary

CSL welcomes applicants to join our plasma collection center in Vancouver, WA as a Welcome and Screening Associate. You will greet donors, guide them through registration, and verify eligibility for the plasma pheresis process under SOPs.

Additionally, you will perform health screenings, record data accurately, answer questions, and maintain confidentiality in a safe, compliant environment. Training will cover center policies, safety, and donor care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ months experience in clerical or customer service role.
• Able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify eligibility for plasma pheresis.
• Assist donors with the screening process following SOPs.
• Perform health screening measures (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature).
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system.
• Maintain confidentiality of donor and center information.
